As already announced, the facilities comprise a subsidy in respect of artificial fertilisers as well as extension of my Department's scheme of loans for the purchase of agricultural implements and machinery and of the lime subsidy scheme administered by county committees of agriculture. I hope to be in a position at an early date to announce the details of these special measures.
