Written Answers. - Acquisition and Division of Kildare Lands.

asked the Minister for Lands whether the Land Commission propose to acquire the Lands at present held by Mr. John Healy, at Ballyteague, Kilcague, Naas, County Kildare, and, if so, when the lands are likely to be acquired and divided.

The Land Commission have already acquired the lands of Mr. John Healy comprising 229 acres, 2 roods, 4 perches, in the townland of Ballyteige North, and the lands will be divided as soon as practicable.

asked the Minister for Lands if he will state whether the Land Commission have yet completed their inquiries into the suitability of the estate of the late Mr. D. Kelly at Drennenstown, Rathangan, County Kildare, for division, and whether it is proposed to acquire and divide the estate.

The Land Commission have not yet completed their inquiries in regard to the estate of the late Mr. D. Kelly.

asked the Minister for Lands if he will state whether the Land Commission have acquired the estate of the representatives of the late James Kelly at Maddenstown South, Kildare (Record No. U5209); and, if so, when the lands are likely to be divided.

The Land Commission have not acquired the estate of Reps. of James Kelly at Maddenstown South, County Kildare. The objection made by the owner has not yet been disposed of.

asked the Minister for Lands if he will state whether the Land Commission propose to acquire the balance of the lands on the Reeves estate at Greenhills and Rosetown, Kildare, and, if so, when the lands are likely to be acquired and divided.

There are no proceedings before the Land Commission for the acquisition of the lands of Greenhills and Rosetown on the Reeves estate.

asked the Minister for Lands if he will state when the Land Commission propose to divide the estate of representatives of the late Mr. James Coffey, Ellistown, Rathangan, County Kildare.

A scheme for the division of the lands of Ellistown on the estate of James Coffey is in course of preparation, but until this scheme has been completed and settled it is not possible to state when the lands will be divided.

asked the Minister for Lands if he will state whether the Land Commission has completed its inspection of the White Estate at Mount Prospect, Rathangan, Co. Kildare, and if he is yet in a position to state whether it is proposed to acquire the lands for distribution among local uneconomic holders and landless men.

The Land Commission have had an inspection made of the former White Estate (now the Estate of James P. Tyrrell) at Mount Prospect, Co. Kildare, but they have not yet come to a decision on the question of the institution of proceedings for its acquisition.
