In view of the fact that this Bill is confirming an order which extends the time for the completion of the harbour works authorised by the Limerick Harbour Act, 1926, and the Limerick Harbour Order, 1932, and as the works authorised are only partially completed, and the balance are essential to give practical effect to the scheme of harbour development, perhaps the House would be good enough to give all stages of this Bill to-day.
