Vol. 81 No. 5

Written Answers. - Loan for Erection of Dwelling-house.

asked the Minister for Lands if an application was received from Mr. John O'Donovan, Maulatnavally, Rosscarbery, for a loan of eighty pounds (£80) to assist in the erection of a dwelling-house; whether a decision has been reached in the case; and, if so, the nature of the decision.

An application for assistance to erect a dwelling-house was received from John O'Donovan, Maulatnavally, Rosscarbery, County Cork, and an advance of £60 (repayable by annuity) has been recently sanctioned in his case to supplement a grant allocated by the Department of Local Government and Public Health, pursuant to the Housing Acts. A supplemental agreement providing for the repayment of the advance will be tendered to the applicant for signature when proof of title has been furnished by him.
