Vol. 83 No. 1

Written Answers. - Military Service Pension Claim.

asked the Minister for Defence if he is aware that Thomas O'Regan, Greenane Lodge, Clonmel, was summoned to attend before the Military Service Pensions Board in connection with his claim for a pension in October, 1935, and that he has not yet been informed of any decision on his claim; if he will state whether any decision has in fact, been reached, and, if so, what was the nature of the decision.

I am aware that Mr. Thomas O'Regan, Greenane Lodge, Clonmel, County Tipperary, was summoned to attend before the referee and Advisory Committee in connection with his application for a military service certificate, in October, 1935.

As the referee has not yet reported to me on the claim, I am not in a position to state when a decision is likely to be conveyed to Mr. O'Regan.
