Vol. 83 No. 12

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - The Irish Shipping Company.

asked the Minister for Supplies whether he will state if the Irish Shipping Company has commenced business, if it has actually purchased and obtained delivery of cargo boats, and if such boats are now at sea in the service of the company.

I propose to make a full statement about the activities of Irish Shipping, Limited, on the Supplementary Estimate, which will make provision to enable the Minister for Finance to take shares in this company.

When will that be?

Possibly next week. The Estimate is on the Order Paper.
