Vol. 84 No. 2

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Fuel Supplies for Cape Clear Island.

asked the Minister for Local Government and Public Health if he will state whether he had representations made to him that it may be necessary for the district nurse on Cape Clear Island to leave the island, owing to lack of any fuel or oil supplies, and whether, in view of the hardships that this would entail on the people of the island, he will take steps to see that the necessary supplier are made available.

I recently received representations on this matter and am making inquiries into the case.
