asked the Minister for Defence if he will state whether the delay in the delivery of a fire extinguishing pump, purchased by Cavan Urban Council over 12 months ago, and which has not been received to date, though the council is paying interest on the loan which it was necessary to raise to purchase the pump, is due to the fact that this pump among others has been acquired for the service of the Defence Forces.
