Written Answers. - The Housing (Financial and Miscellaneous Provisions) Acts.

asked the Minister for Local Government and Public Health if he will state in respect of the total number of new houses completed by the 31st December, 1940, under the Housing (Financial and Miscellaneous Provisions) Acts, 1932-1937, (a) the number, (b) the total all-in cost, (c) the total building cost, and (d) the total amount of this cost which is being borne by the Exchequer, distinguishing between houses to which the terms of the following sections of the Principal Act are applied, viz., Section 6 (1) (a) (i), Section 6 (1) (a) (ii), Section 6 (1) (b).

The information is being compiled and will be sent to the Deputy as soon as possible.
