Committee on Finance. - Law of Torts (Miscellaneous Reforms) Bill, 1941—Referred to Special Committee.

I formally move:—

That the Law of Torts (Miscellaneous Reforms) Bill, 1941, be referred to a Special Committee consisting of nine Deputies to be nominated by the Committee of Selection; that the quorum of the Committee be four, and that the first meeting of the Committee be held on Wednesday, 10th December next.
