Representations have been received by the Land Commission pursuant to the provisions of Section 37 of the Land Act, 1933, for the reduction or writing off of land purchase annuities on the ground of permanent flooding of holdings in County Kerry in seven cases in the year 1939, in no case in the year 1940, and in one case in the year 1941.
