Written Answers. - Discharged Soldiers' Pensions.

asked the Minister for Defence if he will state the number of (1) officers, and (2) soldiers, according to their various degrees of disablement, who were discharged from the forces, on or after the 1st October, 1924, and who are in receipt of pension at the scale set out in the Third Schedule of the Army Pensions Act, 1927.

The number of pensions granted at the scale set out in the Third Schedule to the Army Pensions Act, 1927, to officers and soldiers discharged from the forces on or after the 1st October, 1924, is as follows, according to the degree of disablement:—
