I move:
That for the purpose of any Act of the present session to amend the law relating to the registration of the title to land and for that purpose to amend the Local Registration of Title (Ireland) Act, 1891, it is expedient to authorise the payment out of moneys provided by the Oireachtas of:—
(1) any expenses, including remuneration, incurred in the administration of such Act;
(2) any compensation which may fall to be made under such Act.
