Vol. 89 No. 3

Ceisteanna.—Questions. Oral Answers. - County Tipperary Lands.

asked the Minister for Lands if he will state (a) the cause of delay in dividing the lands of Mansergh Going, Liskeveen, Horse and Jockey, County Tipperary; (b) when these lands will be divided.

The Land Commission are not yet in a position to carry out the division of the lands in question but they hope to be able to arrange for their division at an early date.

The question of the division of this land has been going on for two years and it is causing a lot of dissatisfaction. Would the Minister do something definite, as the place is becoming derelict? It is difficult to find somebody to let it to this year. Will the Land Commission do something definite?

They hope to be able to arrange for the division at an early date.
