It is proposed to take business as on the Order Paper: Items 1, 2 and 3. In regard to item 3—Supplementary Estimates—it is proposed, with the permission of the House, to take the first six Votes to-day.
Order of Business.
And then Private Deputies' Business?
Not to-day. I under stand it is not desired.
Will the Tánaiste indicate what the Parliamentary programme is for this week and next week? Will he say if it is intended to sit to-morrow and next week?
So far as I know it is not intended to sit next week. The House will sit to-morrow, when a number of Supplementary Estimates will be taken.
Will Private Members' time be taken to-morrow?
No.
Mr. A. Byrne
Why should not the House sit next week to take Private Members' motions? A number of the motions on the Order Paper are worthy of early consideration.
