Vol. 89 No. 5

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Bonus Application (Wexford).

asked the Minister for Industry and Commerce if he will state when the tribunal (set up under Emergency Powers (No. 166) Order) will deal with the application for bonus, made by the Amalgamated Engineering Union, on behalf of the employees at Messrs. Pierces, Wexford, and the Wexford Engineering Company.

The date on which a tribunal will deal with an application referred to it under Emergency Powers (No. 166) Order, 1942, is a matter entirely for the tribunal. I understand, however, that the application referred to in the question will be heard on Friday, the 26th instant.
