asked the Minister for Lands whether, in view of the keen local agitation for the division of the remainder of the estate of Mr. Thomas Cleary, Fearvolla, Carbury, County Kildare, he will take steps to expedite the completion of the division of the estate.

The Land Commission have at present under consideration the question of the disposal of the remainder of the estate of Mr. Thomas Cleary.

Will the Minister say when it is likely that the Land Commission will come to a decision about dividing the estate, in view of the keen local agitation?
