Committee on Finance. - Vote 43—Dundrum Asylum.

I move:—

Go ndeontar suim breise ná raghaidh thar £300 chun íoctha an Mhuirir a thiocfaidh chun bheith iníoctha i rith na bliana dar críoch an 31adh Márta, 1943, chun Costaisí Cothabhála Gealt Cuirpthe i nGealtlainn Dúndroma (8 agus 9 Vict., c. 107).

That a supplementary sum not exceeding £300 be granted to defray the Charge which will come in course of payment during the year ending the 31st March, 1943, for the Expenses of the Maintenance of Criminal Lunatics in the Dundrum Asylum (8 and 9 Vict., c. 107).

This amount is required to meet the payment of the special emergency bonus to the staffs.

Vote put and agreed to.
Votes 42 and 43 reported and agreed to.

Are we not taking the Vote for Posts and Telegraphs?

No, not to-day, only Votes 42 and 43, as on the Order of Business. With regard to the motion in the names of Deputies Cole and Byrne, I understand that three hours have been allocated for the debate.
