Vol. 89 No. 9

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - County Dublin Holding.

asked the Minister for Lands if the Land Commission are prepared to allocate ten acres of land on the Knox estate, owned by the Land Commission, at Richardstown, Ballyboughal, County Dublin, to Mrs. Lynch, Richardstown; and if he is aware that these people originally owned this land; and, further, if he is aware that Mrs. Lynch's present holding comprises only 12 acres and that the allocation of the land referred to would make her holding an economic one.

The area referred to by the Deputy consists of 10a. 2r. 19p. or thereabouts, in the townland of Richardstown, surrendered by Patrick McEvoy on 22nd June, 1937. The Land Commission have not as yet made arrangements for the reallotment of the lands. Mrs. Lynch's application will receive full consideration.
