Vol. 89 No. 10

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - O'Connor Estate (Tipperary).

asked the Minister for Lands if he will state what is the cost to date to the Land Commission (apart from the purchase price) of the division, equipment and development of the O'Connor Estate, Emly, County Tipperary; and if he will state the estimated total expenditure required to complete the entire transaction.

The estimated cost of expenditure on improvements consequent on the division of the estate of the representatives of Michael O'Connor, Record No. S.9269, County Tipperary, is approximately £4,000, of which approximately £2,300 has been expended to date. Of this expenditure, £600 is recoverable by way of additional annuities payable by the benefited allottees in respect of buildings erected by the Land Commission.
