asked the Minister for Local Government and Public Health if he is aware that the majority of the tenants residing in houses which were erected under the Small Dwellings Act in the Drimnagh, Crumlin and Kimmage area would prefer to pay their instalments weekly instead of monthly; and if, in view of this, he is prepared to authorise the Dublin Corporation to accept weekly payments from people in the areas mentioned who are residing in houses built under the Small Dwellings Act.

The terms for repayment of house purchase loans where the loans have been advanced by the Dublin Corporation are entirely a matter for arrangement between the borrowers and the corporation. I have no power to intervene in the manner suggested.
