Vol. 89 No. 18

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Kildare Holding.

asked the Minister for Lands whether the Land Commission made any promise to erect fencing on the lands of Mr. P. Kavanagh, who was allotted a holding at Cherryville, Kildare (Receivable Order No. 1490); and, if so, whether he will state when the fencing of the land will be carried out.

The Land Commission did not promise to erect or repair fences on Mr. Kavanagh's allotment in the townland of Cherryville on the resumed holding of Nicholas Hannigan, Record No. S. 460/29.
