asked the Minister for Lands if he will state what are the intentions of the Land Commission with regard to the holding recently taken over on the Corbally estate, Rath, Swords.

The question appears to refer to three parcels of land totalling 16a. or 20p. in the townland of Rath on the Corbally estate, possession of which has been obtained by the Land Commission. It has not yet been decided how the lands will be disposed of; they will be reallotted at the earliest practicable date.

asked the Minister for Lands if he will state what are the intentions of the Land Commission with regard to the holding recently taken over at Irishtown, Lusk, from Thomas Ryan.

The Land Commission have instituted proceedings for recovery of possession from Thomas Ryan of a parcel of land containing 19a. 2r. 18p. in the townland of Irishtown on the Dunn estate, County Dublin. Possession of the parcel has not yet been obtained and it is not possible at present to state how the land will be disposed of.
