The question appears to refer to the estate of Sir Ralph Coote, Record No. S. 5982, County Leix, which has not yet been acquired by the Land Commission, but is in course of acquisition. Owing to shortage of staff, due to the emergency, the Land Commission are not at present in a position to divide the bog on this estate, but there will be no avoidable delay.
