Vol. 92 No. 8

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Letting of Kilworth Camp.

asked the Minister for Defence whether he is aware that grave inconvenience will be caused to a large number of people by his decision not to let the grazing of Kilworth Camp and Rifle Range until 1st May; and whether he will consider temporary lettings up to that date.

According to the information at my disposal no grave inconvenience will be caused by the decision to postpone the commencement of the letting for grazing of the Kilworth Camp and riflerange lands until 1st May next. I am, however, prepared to consider the making of short term lettings, expiring on 31st March, 1944, in any instance where it is shown that such inconvenience would otherwise be caused.
