I propose to raise on the adjournment this evening a question as to whether the leading article in to-day's Irish Press was submitted to the Censor and, if so, if it was inserted with the approval of the Censor. It appears to be an article that gives offence to the Minister of a friendly country in our capital—provocation to a friendly country.
