asked the Minister for Lands if he will state the present position of the lands at Greenville on estate of Reps. W.F. Hackett, Record No. S. 7950, Clara, County Offaly, and if this estate will be divided at an early date amongst smallholders and landless men in the vicinity.

The Land Commission have instituted proceedings for the acquisition of the lands of Greenville or Garryduff on the Hackett estate, Record No. S. 7950, and have fixed and published a price therefor, but they are not at present in a position to state when the lands will be acquired and divided.
