Vol. 94 No. 2

Order of Business.

It is proposed to take business as on the Order Paper in the following order—Nos. 2, 3, 4, 5, 6.

Perhaps the Tánaiste would indicate at what hour it is proposed to sit to-morrow and at what hour the adjournment will be taken.

It is proposed to adjourn at 9 o'clock to-night, to sit at 10.30 to-morrow morning and adjourn at 9 o'clock. I do not know whether or not that proposal has been discussed by Deputies.

On what days is it proposed to sit this week?

It is proposed to sit on Wednesday at the same hour and adjourn at the same hour.

We have indicated that we are prepared to sit from 10.30 a.m. to 9 p.m. on to-morrow and Wednesday.

What is the programme of legislation which the Government has in mind for the period before the recess?

Before the adjournment on Wednesday that information will be given.

Has the Tánaiste any idea whether we are to go through the Committee Stage of the Arterial Drainage Bill before the recess or if it is intended to leave that over till the autumn session?

That information will be given to-morrow after Question Time if any Deputy asks for it. In stating the Order of Business to-morrow, we shall give particulars of the programme which we should like to get through before the adjournment for the summer recess.
