asked the Minister for Local Government and Public Health whether, with a view to rendering the School Medical Service more effective, especially in rural areas, he will introduce legislation to make the sanitation, cleaning, repair and renovation of schools a responsibility of the local sanitary authorities, through the county medical officers of health.
