Public Business. - Supplementary Estimates—Leave to Introduce.

I move:—

That leave be given by Dáil Eireann to introduce the following Supplementary Estimates for the service of the year ending on the 31st day of March, 1945, namely:—

Votes Nos.

17 (Rates on Government Property),

42 (General Register Office),

43 (Dundrum Asylum).

When will the Estimates be taken?

The first two have been circulated, or are in course of circulation, and will be ready for discussion to-morrow, if the House agrees.

Leave granted.
Ordered: That the Supplementary Estimates be taken to-morrow.

When is it intended to take the Committee Stage of the Mental Treatment Bill?

All the amendments have not yet been circulated.

Can we have any idea as to when it is likely to be taken?

When will the Public Health Bill be circulated?

The drafting has not been completed yet. We have not been able to get it printed.

There is another Bill outstanding—the Rent Restrictions Bill.
