asked the Minister for Lands if he will state if the Land Commission will expedite the handing over of the road from Garron to Kennedy's Cross, County Laoighis, on the estate of I.L.C. Lowry (Record No. S.443/ 29) from his Department to the Laoighis County Council; and if he will state further what progress has been made regarding the proposed transfer of this road which will be a great advantage to the local people when repaired by the county council.

Arrangements have been made for the allotment to the Laoighis County Council of part of the lands in the townland of Killasmocatia on the Lowry Estate to facilitate the council in taking over the road from Garron to Kennedy's Cross.
