Working drawings, specification, etc., for the proposed new post office and telephone exchange at St. Andrew Street, Dublin, are in the course of preparation but, having regard to the difficulties of the building supplies position, I am unable to anticipate when tenders will be invited. It has been my intention to expedite this building as much as possible.
