The Land Commission are having inquiries made as to the repairs necessary to the River Nier embankments on the holding of Mrs. Katherine Kearney at Cregane, Ballymacarbery, and on other holdings on the Ashtown Estate, Record No. S.4491, County Waterford, but they are not at present in a position to say what action, if any, they can take in the matter.
