Vol. 99 No. 19

Order of Business.

It is proposed to take business as on the Order Paper: Items Nos. 9, 10, 11, 12, 1, 2, 14, 3 and 15, Item No. 15 being Private Deputies' business. Government business will be interrupted at 7.30 p.m. for an hour and a half in order to take Item No. 3.

With regard to Question No. 9, I feel that the Minister has not made a sufficiently full statement in the matter and I wish to give notice that I will raise the matter on the adjournment.

Very good. With regard to business for to-morrow, I understand that the Vote on Account will be taken. Deputies, and particularly newer members, might realise that the details of Estimates may not be discussed on the Vote on Account. Matters should have a general bearing and the Ceann Comhairle is still awaiting the customary notice in writing from the different Parties of the matters they wish to raise in that debate.
