Vol. 101 No. 10

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Waterford-Wexford Train Service.

asked the Minister for Industry and Commerce whether he is aware that considerable dissatisfaction exists arising out of the inadequate train service between Waterford and Wexford; and whether, in view of the general improvement in the transport situation, he will direct Córas Iompair Éireann to arrange for the running of a train daily leaving Waterford for Wexford in the morning, and returning on the afternoon of the same day.

The revised time-table of passenger train services which Córas Iompair Éireann proposes to introduce at an early date will include the service to which the Deputy refers.
