Vol. 101 No. 18

Order of Business.

It is proposed to take business as on the Order Paper: Items Nos. 1, 2, 9—Vote 66-and 8, preceded by Items Nos. 3 and 4, 10 and 9-the remaining Estimates. It is proposed to take No. 10—Supplementary Estimate for Primary Education-at 6.30 p.m. if No. 9 is not concluded by that time.

If Item No. 9 is not concluded, what is it proposed to do?

We will go on with the programme. Item No. 10 is being taken at 6.30 in order to provide an interruption if the Supplies and Services Bill is still in progress.

If not, it will be taken to-morrow?

They will be taken in that order—Items 9, 8 and 10. It is proposed not to interrupt public business.

Will the Minister say why Estimate No. 66 is being brought up and given precedence over Estimate No. 7, the debate on which was adjourned last night?

The Minister for Finance is engaged in the Seanad.
