Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Military Service Pensions—Position of Convicted Persons.

asked the Minister for Defence if he will state when it is proposed to introduce legislation to provide that pensions granted under Military Service Pensions Acts will not be forfeited by reason of the conviction and sentence of the pensioner for acts committed subsequent to the termination of the period of service for which such pensions were granted.

It is not proposed to introduce legislation of the nature referred to in the Deputy's question.
