Vol. 102 No. 7

Order of Business.

It is proposed to take business in the following order: Nos. 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 and 11, and the Money Resolutions in their appropriate places; Nos. 9, 10 and 11 will be taken at six o'clock and, if they are concluded before seven o'clock, the Dáil will adjourn until seven o'clock, when the interrupted business will be resumed.

Will the Tánaiste say whether it is the Government's intention to drop the Public Health Bill or to resume discussion of it after the Parliamentary Recess?

After the Recess.

Is it the Government's intention to resume the Public Health Bill as it stands at present after the Parliamentary Recess?

Yes, after the Recess.

Is the Tánaiste in a position to indicate now who will be in charge of the Public Health Bill?

The Minister for Local Government and Public Health is in charge.

That will be a change.

I have been fully familiar with it.
