Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Land Commission Roads.

asked the Minister for Lands if he is aware of the bad condition of Land Commission roads on divided estates at Porterstown, Ratoath, Ethelstown, Balrath, Kells, Clarkestown and Ballygortha, Summerhill, County Meath; and if the Land Commission propose to put those roads in good repair to enable the Meath County Council to take them over for maintenance as county roads.

Representations concerning the Porterstown road have been received but the Land Commission have no responsibility for the maintenance of that road or the other roads mentioned by the Deputy and they have not decided to repair them.
