Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Postal and Money Orders.

asked the Minister for Posts and Telegraphs if he will state, in respect of each of the years 1944, 1945 and 1946, the aggregate amount of money paid by his Department, in respect of postal orders and money orders, including telegraph money orders, originating outside the State; the proportion of such moneys paid through the banks; and the estimated cost to his Department of handling this traffic.

The particulars are furnished in a tabular statement which, with the permission of An Ceann Comhairle, will be circulated with the Official Report.
