Vol. 105 No. 16

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Agricultural Prices.

asked the Minister for Agriculture if he is now in a position to state the approximate date on which the Bill to establish a tribunal on agricultural prices will be introduced into the Dáil; and if, in view of the greatly increased costs of the production of agricultural produce, he will expedite the introduction of this Bill.

The drafting of the proposed Bill to provide for the establishment of a permanent commission to advise as to appropriate producers' costs for agricultural products is nearing completion. The Bill will be introduced at the earliest date possible.
