I move:—
That for the purpose of any Act of the present Session to amend the Courts of Justice Acts, 1924 to 1946, it is expedient to authorise, in giving effect to the provisions of such Act,
I. the charge on and payment out of the Central Fund, or the growing produce thereof, of the expenses incurred in regard to
(a) salaries of judges of the Supreme Court and the High Court;
(b) salary of the President of the Circuit Court;
(c) salaries of judges of the Circuit Court;
(d) salaries of justices of the District Court;
and
II. the payment out of moneys provided by the Oireachtas or the charge on and payment out of the Central Fund, or the growing produce thereof, of the expenses incurred in regard to pensions of certain justices of the District Court.
