Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Moore Park Estate.

asked the Minister for Lands of he will state the total area of land available for division on the Moore Park Estate; and whether, and if so when, it is proposed to have the estate divided.

The Moore Park estate, County Cork, contains 825 acres. The lands, being State lands, cannot be sold to the Land Commission pending the passing of enabling legislation. The introduction of the necessary legislation is not a matter for my Department.
