Vol. 108 No. 14

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Limerick Model School Caretaker.

asked the Minister for Education if he has received an application for increased pay from James Greensmyth, caretaker and gardener, Model School, Limerick, whose present pay is 45/- a week; and if he will state when it is proposed to grant a suitable increase on this low wage.

An application for an increase in wages has been received from James Greensmyth, the workman employed at the Limerick Model Schools.

The general question of the rates of wages for model schools' employees is at present under consideration and it is hoped that a decision in the matter will be reached at an early date.
