Vol. 109 No. 1

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Córas Iompair Éireann Omnibus Station.

asked the Minister for Local Government if he will state the date of issue, by the Dublin Corporation, of: (a) permission, under the Town Planning Acts, in respect of the erection of the new Córas Iompair Éireann omnibus station at Dublin; and (b) a certificate, by the City Architect, that the plans comply with the building by-laws of the Dublin Corporation.

The matters referred to were decided by the Dublin Corporation in exercise of their own powers and on their own responsibility. It was not necessary for the corporation to get my consent to their decision. I would accordingly refer the Deputy to the corporation for the information he is seeking.
