Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Resigned and Dismissed R.I.C.

Mr. Corish

asked the Minister for Finance if he will state, in respect of resigned and dismissed R.I.C. men: (a) the number who are in receipt of pensions; (b) the number who are debarred from receiving pensions by virtue of the fact that they are in Government employment; and (c) the total amount withheld in respect of those pensioners mentioned at (b).

The information sought by the Deputy is as follows:—(a) 485; (b) 39; (c) £3,370 a year.
