Vol. 109 No. 4

Ceisteanna — Questions. Oral Answers. - Mental Hospital, Enniscorthy.

asked the Minister for Health if he has received the report of the Departmental Inquiry into the affairs of the Mental Hospital, Enniscorthy; and if so, if he will state the findings.

It is presumed that the inquiry referred to is the inquiry on oath held by the inspector of mental hospitals at the Enniscorthy District Mental Hospital into the case of a female patient. The report of the inspector has been received and is under consideration.

Can the Minister tell us when a decision will be made?

In the very near future.

We have been promised it by the county manager.
