I understand the question of providing a water supply scheme at Tallaght is under consideration. Definite proposals have not yet been submitted by the local authority to my Department. In regard to the proposed scheme for Saggart, Rathcoole and Newcastle, I understand the contract documents are nearing completion. The work cannot, however, be put to tender until the pipes are available.
