Vol. 109 No. 6

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Vesting of Meath Holdings.

asked the Minister for Lands if he will state when it is expected that the holdings on the following estates in County Meath, which are over ten years allotted, will be vested in the tenants: (a) Renville estate, Enfield; (b) Langford estate, Summerhill; (c) Gaffney estate, Carlanstown, Ceanannus Mór; and (d) Bomford estate, Drumlargan, Kilcock.

Some of the lands to which the Deputy refers have been vested in the allottees. The remaining cases are receiving attention or are noted for attention as soon as possible. Vesting of satisfactory allotments is proceeding as rapidly as circumstances permit.
