A lay-out plan for a scheme of 52 houses at Borris Road, Portlaoighise, was approved by me in April last. I understand that house plans have since been prepared but they have not yet been submitted for approval. While I am not in a position to say when exactly the work of erection will commence, I can assure the Deputy that I will do all I can to expedite matters.
